Urban Sweets was founded by Pastry Chef, Eva Simons.
Eva first discovered her passion for baking at age 10 when she bought a baking book by Julia Child and spent the next 3 months making every recipe from cover to cover. This passion did not transform into a career until after college, when Eva attended Institute of Culinary Education in New York.
