My path to making delicious and elegant custom cakes has been an organic and winding path.  After a receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Miami University (Ohio not Florida) and spending 6+ years working for high end design firms in Washington, DC and NYC I decided it was time to step away from the computer and the architectural drawings and step into the kitchen.
