Betsy Thorleifson started Nine Cakes in the fall of 2008, with a passion for food, handcrafted goods, and working in collaboration with people. A degree in musical performance, and years of experience teaching and working with children, Betsy decided it was time to quit her job and set off into something entirely her own.
